Annual licences are a more cost-effective route if performing processing during a window in excess of 80 days per year. When purchasing a licence to cover multiple years we offer a discount equivalent to 10% for each additional year beyond the first year; this is included in the standard price shown.

4-years | £30,660 | 30% |
5-years | £32,850 | 40% |
These options are best suited in situations where processing is required infrequently or to provide additional short-term capacity to an existing longer-term licence.
License Period | Standard Price |

7-days | £1,239 |
30-days | £5,310 |

Licences can be purchased online using a credit card for instant use – you will receive your licence key within 30 minutes of payment so you can get started immediately. If you would prefer to pay by BACS or CHAPS for international transfers (potentially using a purchase order) your licence key will be issued within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds.
In each case, the licence period starts when the first processing task is submitted, and the clock starts to count down for the duration of the licence validity period. Once the licence period has expired the software will cease to process data; any processing task submitted prior to the expiry of the licence will complete.
The licence can only be used on a single machine at a time, however, it can be easily moved between machines using tools available in the user interface. The machine must be connected to the internet to obtain a valid licence key, however, once a valid licence is obtained it will be valid for offline processing for 30 days or up to the expiry date, whichever is sooner.
